Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Household. They are meant to be short and clear.
Agreement
By downloading or using Household, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to apps downloaded from the App Store. You can read it here: Apple Standard EULA. Where these terms add to the Apple EULA, both apply. Where they conflict, these terms govern your relationship with Household for matters not covered by the EULA.
Using Household
Household is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it for your own household’s personal, non-commercial faith practice. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans. Household is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $99 per year or $9.99 per month.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Your payment method is charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
- Cancel anytime. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by the app stores, and refunds are subject to their policies.
Your content
The words your family enters, such as questions and prayers, belong to you. You grant Household only the permission needed to store and show that content back to you within the app and your keepsakes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
The Scripture text
Readings in Household are based on the Berean Standard Bible. Scripture is used in accordance with the terms under which that translation is made available.
Disclaimers
Household is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it dependable, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent allowed by law, Household is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above and let you know in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
